Brainstorms (E31-E37) — 5 ideas each, first draft

Data grounding: user/testimonial data isn't in yet (F38/F39), so ideas get re-ranked once it arrives. Activity-director games used in each idea come from games-research.md (People Bingo, Show & Tell, Story Swap, Call-and-Tell Bingo).

E31 Nursing homes (HIGH) / community centers via activity directors

  1. Activity-director starter kit (TV QR game + large-print bingo) 2. "Adopt a facility" campaign tile 3. Monthly birthday-party game pack 4. Intergenerational night with youth groups 5. Free director accounts that unlock resident seats when donors fund them

E32 Grief/trauma — deceased-letter feature (heavy credits)

AI disclaimer (required on every surface): Letters are AI-generated reflections inspired by what you share. They are not messages from your loved one and not a substitute for counseling. Grief resources (required): 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call/text 988, US) · GriefShare (griefshare.org) · The Compassionate Friends for loss of a child (compassionatefriends.org) · Verify the list before launch. 1. "Letter to my baby" journaling prompts written with a grief counselor (baby example); writing comes before any AI 2. Credits gifted by donors so families never pay at the hardest moment 3. A gentle pacing limit and a "take a break" screen with resources 4. Support-group mode facilitated by a licensed partner 5. Keepsake print of the user's own words, with the AI clearly labeled

E33 Lonely elderly — family messages

  1. Family records weekly prompts that grandma answers by voice 2. "10 Things" ratings across generations 3. Birthday messages queued from family (opt-in) 4. Staff-assisted reply mode 5. Donor-funded "pen pal" seats from volunteers (vetted)

E34 Nonprofit/low-income — flat hierarchy, direct to community center

  1. Donations route directly to a center's tile with no middle layer 2. Pay-what-you-can claim codes 3. A center director is the single admin 4. Public, real-numbers impact page per center 5. Business sponsors match donations

E35 Other LDS churches (NOT polygamous groups)

  1. Ward activity night pack 2. Youth "Who Do You Know?" for new move-ins 3. Ministering-visit conversation games 4. Faith toggle with optional scripture 5. Stake-level gifting campaign for elderly members. Exclusion: no outreach to polygamous groups.

E36 Birthday hook

  1. Sign + traits reveal at signup 2. Zodiac twins in the room (TV game) 3. Optional birthday scripture via toggle 4. Birthday-month donor board 5. "Gift Oraqel for their birthday" button. All framed as for fun, not prediction.

E37 Missed opportunities

  1. Corporate wellness/HR teams (business seats) 2. Hospice volunteer programs (with grief guardrails) 3. Schools/teachers for SEL icebreakers 4. Veterans' centers 5. Military families separated by deployment (family messages)
