Oraqel Lifetime Donation — V3: items added from Trevor's original message (t1213u, Oct 28 10:50 PM MDT)
Source: TREVOR-ORIGINAL-t1213u.md. Quotes below are Trevor's exact words. No data, prices or testimonials invented; TBD = unknown.
N1 — The Zion Media Oraqel model, run as a Zion Media project
Trevor: "Important Zane Media project for you." / "This is, this is the Zion Media Oraqel model." - File this under Zion Media in the Projects list (owner: the Oraqel Donations bot; Trevor is the point person). - One-line model to use in all copy: Oraqel's goal is lifetime memberships. Lifetime is the hero offer, monthly is the fallback, and gifting lifetime is the growth engine. - KPI set (real Stripe/app numbers only): lifetime seats sold, seats gifted, business seats, share of monthly vs lifetime, counter value. Targets TBD by Trevor and Shane.
N2 — Gifting under family names and to people donors choose
Trevor: "there are people that are putting in their family names and people they want, and they're gifting it to people for the lifetime donations." - Gift flow fields: "Gift from" (a family name such as "The ___ Family", a person, a business, or anonymous) · "In honor/memory of" (optional) · recipient (named person by email/phone, OR a campaign box such as a nursing home, OR "give to anyone who needs it"). - Seat count per gift: 1 / 10 / 20 / 50 / custom (matches A4). - Recipient gets a claim link with the giver's chosen name shown ("The ___ Family gave you lifetime Oraqel"). - The donor board shows the family name only if the giver opted in (guardrail G2). - Thank-you: an instant thank-you card in the family's name, which they can share (feeds Vineyard N5). - Open question for Shane: does the current donate page already capture a "from" name? If so, reuse the field.
N3 — Posting testimonials, allowed under a pseudonym
Trevor: "But we want to post their stuff. It could just be under a pseudonym." - Consent form per testimonial: post as real name / first name + initial / pseudonym of their choice / anonymous; plus a yes/no for each channel (site, Shorts, IG, TikTok, livestream read-out). - Pseudonyms are chosen or approved by the person; we never make one up and attach it to a quote they didn't give. - Testimonials wall on the donate page plus a "story of the week" Short. Only real, consented text; edits limited to trimming, with the trimmed version approved. - Note: the sentence before this one is lost in storage (M1). Ask Trevor whose "stuff" is meant: donors, recipients, or app users. Default for now: all three, with consent.
N4 — Mine the hundreds of Oraqel app testimonials for party-game genres and opportunity zones
Trevor: "there's hundreds and hundreds of Oraqel app testimonials inside of there, and we want to ... mine what people are giving testimonials about, and we want to use those as part of the genres that we're identifying for the party games, and also identify any other opportunity zones that we're missing." Method (ready to run the day the export arrives; data still blocked, F38): 1. Codebook columns: testimonial id · source · consent status · feature mentioned · emotion · who it was used with (self/spouse/family/group/elderly/grieving) · occasion · faith/secular · quote snippet. 2. Genre mapping: each cluster becomes a candidate party-game genre (for example, if "family messages" clusters, that becomes a "Who wrote this?" game genre; if "birthday/traits" clusters, a traits game). These are labels to test, not findings yet. 3. Opportunity zones: clusters with many mentions but no tile/game/campaign today are flagged as gaps, ranked by mentions × fit with lifetime gifting. 4. Output: genre list (count + sample consented quotes) → feeds C14/C17 tiles; opportunity-zone list → feeds E37; decision card for Trevor. No counts or themes are reported until the real export is read.
N5 — "Have people do them": people-run games and Vineyard sharing
Trevor: "do fun games, and have live streams, and have people do them and roll out the vineyard program, and get people helping and sharing" - Host kit: anyone (family, ward, activity director) runs the QR-on-TV game themselves: a one-page guide, the QR, 5 games per tile. - Share loop: after a game, "Gift this to someone" plus "Post your round" (consented clip/photo) with a tag; the best rounds get featured on the livestream. - Vineyard roles (per D28): Sharer (posts), Host (runs a game), Giver (funds seats), Champion (brings a facility). Recognition only; no payouts promised until Trevor decides. - Weekly: feature 3 community rounds on Shorts/IG/TikTok with Hunter, Dave and Shane.
N6 — "There's unlimited content here": the content engine
Trevor: "And we can have follow-up content when we go into the nursing homes ... There's unlimited content here." - Each nursing-home visit yields about 8 assets: pre-visit teaser, livestream, 3 Shorts (reaction, game moment, staff quote), a recap post, a donor thank-you naming the gifting families (opt-in), and a 2-week follow-up "how are they using it". All with consent from residents and facility. - Plus a recurring series: counter milestones, donor-family spotlights (N2), testimonial of the week (N3), community rounds (N5), and game genre reveals (N4). - Tracked in a content calendar in content-plan.md; cadence TBD with the team's capacity.
N7 — Trevor's standing hard-coded rule for his audio
Trevor: "you're going to have someone review all of my audio here and bullet point out every single thing that I have. If there's any things that are duplicates, you can consolidate them, but do not eliminate anything. And and make sure that after you go through and analyze that you have everything, then you craft it into a plan and propose it to me step by step exactly how it's going to go, and do not start executing until I approve it or adapt." - Applied here: every surviving phrase was checked against TREVOR-LINE-ITEMS.md; duplicates were mapped to existing items, and nothing was dropped. - Lesson: the original audio must be stored in full. The middle was lost (M1), which breaks "do not eliminate anything". - Going forward: save each long Trevor voice message as a file the moment it arrives, before any summary.
M1 — The middle of the message: missing in storage, ask Trevor
The stored copy jumps from "...encourage people to gift lifetime donations be" to "tle bit? But we want to post their stuff." Everything in between is lost. Items that likely came from this section, recovered only second-hand via CHECKLIST-40: the religious/secular toggle, the switch-on section, campaign boxes, tiles, the QR game, the paywall, the drip, donor boards, the podcast, the livestream, and the brainstorm groups (C10–E37). Their wording is NOT Trevor's own. Ask: if Trevor still has the original voice memo, re-record or re-send it (even just the middle) so these items can be checked against his own words.
