A visit, step by step

1. Before: a teaser post (with the facility's OK).
2. Arrive: the activity director opens People Bingo on the common-room TV.
3. Play: residents tap one big button. Staff vote for anyone who needs help.
4. Stories: “Who here grew up on a farm?” turns into ten minutes of stories.
5. Gift: residents get their claim codes, and families hear about it.
6. Follow-up: 2 weeks later, “how are they using it?” with real numbers.
