Get consent
Written approval from the facility and each resident or guardian before any filming. Faces hidden by default.

Fund the seats
One campaign tile funds a seat for each resident. The count is confirmed with the facility.

Play the game
30–45 minutes, staff proxy mode, no timer.

Measure
Attendance, sessions, staff feedback and repeat use after 2 weeks. Real data only.

Improve
Staff form → weekly review → game tweaks → re-test at 2 weeks.
